Hello all, new to the forum, but not to the XBox. I seem to have come across a problem though that I haven't seen before. My friend was using the XBox and changed XBMC to his default dashboard but now I can't get ANY dashboards to load. As soon as I power on, within 2 seconds I'm booting to the Xenium OS 2 software. I've changed all the .ini files and moved around as many xbe's as possible to start a new default, but I can't get it working.

I can FTP into the box and see all of the drives and data. I can't get the Xbox to boot from the AID DVD, or any DVD/CD for that matter, and am wondering what the heck I have to do to get this thing to boot from a dashboard again.

Any ideas? PLEASE help!
