has anyone ever tried reading the nand of those Demo Xbox's from Walmart or Target and comparing it to a normal NAND? i noticed that they had a slightly different style dashboard. and if it isn't able to be read, is it possible to remove the Nand chip and CPU and swap it into a different xbox with the same motherboard model ex. xenon demo NAND/CPU to Xenon Arcade??

to summarize the link up there, they talk about removing a NAND Chip and CPU chip from a broken mobo into a working mobo (same model) and that it is in fact possible. you'd be missing the DVD key though.
would this yield to recreating the demo xbox, but with a different motherboard? also, where exactly is the xbox dash data stored?
If it resides solely in the NAND chip, is it also possible to grab the chip (and only the chip) and re-write a new nand to it? say, one with 7371 dash, or even the old blade style? these are the things i think about at night
and banned xbox's; the only xbox's able to be unbanned are Jtagged ones, last i heard. (if this has changed, then disregard this next question) is it possible to take the banned CPU of, say, an 8955 and place it into a jtagged 7371 and change the CPU key to that of an unbanned console, then placing it back into the 8955's original mobo thus making it unbanned?
another thing, eFuses are in the CPU, correct? would replacing the CPU with a diff one re-enable jtagging, and if not, what will?? I'm talking about going balls out and not doing the cheapest method, but taking price and materials out of the way.
sorry, these are more developer questions rather than consumer questions, as in someone who wants to find out what you can do with/to the xbox, rather than how much money can be saved by pirating, so please don't ask "why not just save time and buy a jtagged xbox off eBay?"
Adding one more question, BlackcatUSB's also utilize JTAG and SPI communication. is there any way those can be integrated into use with the xbox? and i've been using Blackcat far before it was used for the ps3, but mainly as a noob that followed PDF's.
