Ok. I see a lot of reballing and reworking online, but I can't seem to find a good machine. How much are reballing machines, and where might I acquire one?
What about reworking machines? I would like a reballing one, but if it is too expensive, I guess I will check reworking ones.
What is a good model with a high success rate? What do you recommend?
