How To Reboot Xenium 2.2.1 Options

I have a 2004 xbox version 1.6 modded with a Xenium OS 2.2.1 chip... and a few years ago the vertical hold went out, so I shelved it. Just yesterday I started it back up and it ran fine, except was in black and white. Me and my son played a few games on it, then this morning I realized it was set to PAL, when I have a NTSC tv, so i changed the setting, and then clicked "Reboot" on the Xenium screen.

Now, the blue xbox screen comes up and then it goes to the skin but there is nothing to choose from the menu, and instead says "Testing123" and I can do only one of two things... press the A button which does nothing, or the B button which seems to reboot to the same screen. What can I do ? PLEASE ASSIST.
