Hi I recently bought a PS3, will hopefully arrive in time for Xmas. I need a few questions answered if anyone can help, I have been reading posts and whatnot but have not had much luck, i am a total noob when it comes to PS3's, although i have owned a DC, PSX, PS2, Xbox, Xbox360 and have modded those.

1. What is currently the best JB device to buy, future proof etc.?

2. Can you get banned using these devices on whilst online PSN?, do they allow PSN play or do they release patches for them etc. are there any risks involved in doing this?

3. I have seen HDD's already filled with PS3 games for sale, but most are over 4gb and i read they could not be played off the external HDD if over 4gb, is this correct?

4. What video formats can i play on my PS3 Slim 120gb, I would live to be able to play DivX .avi files from a DVD-R or USB if possible. how would i do this?

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks,
coolfx

You have been here long enough to know that XS does not condone pirates selling hard Drives loaded with games. You should not be enquiring about these or even letting us know that is what you intend to do.
