X2.3b Pro, All links to guides are dead. Need help. Options

I have what I believe is an Xecutor 2.3b Pro chip on a box I was given. The grey wire came loose on the board (V1.1) and I cannot find a guide anywhere as to where this wire goes. All the links to the chip are dead. I can find guides for older versions of this chip but none for this one - you would think it would be the other way around but, whatever. Does anybody know where there is a guide for this chip?
