im working on a water cooling kit for my 360. my current problem is that my setup isnt cooling the coolant enough. im currently using a 2x40mm magicool radiator with 2 powerful/loud fans on it. i put those on a potentiometer so control their speed/noise. with those at the max, the temp of the coolant is around 58 degrees C. the radiator isnt getting hot at all, and the air coming out the back is cool. i saw another person online using the same radiator and they were getting amazing temps. he had a pump controller connected to the pump, never explained why though.

would i be able to use a fan speed controller on the pump?? and by doing so, would it slow down the coolant enough so that more heat can be pulled through the rad??
