I have a softmodded XBOX. I like to reformat and reinstall vanilla softmod (ie Slayer 2.6). Will this work? Just by booting up his CD?

Xbox Version: v1.4
360 version: v4.0 (jasper)
Slayers isn't a softmod, and Slayers' disc doesn't work on softmod Xboxes, as the instructions state very clearly.

Grab HeXEn 0.99B11-22 - that does exactly what you want.
