so check this out, guys. i'm only posting here because i feel the other forums are kinda dead, and i generally like the company around these parts.

i thru an ad on craigslist to trade off a pretty hefty n64 colelction i have. here's the details of the n64,
i have the following games:

smash bros.,
turok seeds of evil,
mario kart,
cruisin usa,
f-zero x,
pilotwings,
perfect dark (needs the expansion pak),
castlevania (bad ass, rare)
goldeneye,
gauntlet legends,
kirby: crystal shards (super fun),
cruisin world,
bomberman hero,
san fran. rush (the old arcade racing game; kinda sucks but i didn't tell him that),
mario 64,
cruisin exotica,
gex 64 (fucking horrible)

and a few controllers. don't have an expansion pak.

some guy in town hits me back offering me 2 dreamcasts with 8 games and 2 VMU's. now honestly i know *nothing* about the DC, but it's tempting. i'm asking him instead for one DC and his xbox which he tried to pawn off on me originally.

what do you guys think? if he says OK on the DC w/games, controllers & VMU's along with his xbox should i jump on it? while i never play the n64, i do have some sweet games for it and am somewhat connected to the ol' guy. any positive potential to the DC? i know i won't *ever* play it, but would i be able to flip it for another xbox in any of your opinions?

I moved the topic cause it does not really have anything to do with a Xbox.

Also I will say go for the deal. If I am not mistaking there is a disc called Bleem that cam out for the dreamcast that will allow you to play PS1 games on there. http://cgi.ebay.com/Bleem-Gran-Turismo-2-D...4#ht_500wt_1156.

you can do homebrew on an unmodded DC and if i remember correctly, it doesnt have media flags for anything, basically if itll fit on a cd-r, itll play no issues
