360 version: v1 (xenon)
Have been using Xbmovie recently, to capture from the Xbox footage of various emulators.

Does anyone have experience of using this tool?

What settings will give optimal results?

Here are some test videos I've made...

BlueMSXbox (480P)
XBMC (720P)
CoinOPS Epic (720P)

The 720P captures are really pushing the Xbox, so I'll be focusing on 480P captures from now on.
