It is GNU licensed (GPL2), source and multi lang comes later! ...than, translators are welcome!

imgburn has been very stable and easy to use for me personally though I wonder what advantages this software might have as it uses the dvd+rw-tools which seems to be reliable. what speed would this thing burn best at? I run 4x on all my discs just out of habit

before anyone asks: since the layer break is set manually we just open up the .iso file (no need for the .dvd file). it sounds simple and looks great, but what is the "dvd compat" button for?

but what is the "dvd compat" button for?

From manpage of growisofs:

-dvd-combat
Provide maximum media compatibility with DVD-ROM/-Video. In write-once DVD+R or DVD-R context this results in unappendable recording (closed disk). In DVD+RW context it instructs the logical unit to explicitly burn [otherwise optional] lead-out.

in other words, something imgburn does automatically.
you should just put this stuff into plain terms so these regular people can understand...
who the hell would not want to finalize their disc and expect it to work in a 360

This option is only for the sake of completeness, you don't must use XBoxBurner! ...continue use your ImgBurn!

Not sure whether it's really of much use when running Windows, as Imgburn does the job nicely.

BUT...

For OSX and Linux, it looks very, VERY useful! beerchug.gif I suppose if it's been written for those two then porting to Windows just completes the lineup, a sort of bonus feature if you like.

For the looks of it, I guess THIS IS ACTUALLY MY WORK.

Here is the original project page:

http://code.google.com/p/qisoburn/

I guess this developer should at least mention who made the code that he/she derivated his/her work from.

I hope I'm wrong, but if I'm not, well, what a shame.

[EDIT] For those looking for source code, I did release it fully (and maybe that was a mistake).

[EDIT2] Yeah I downloaded this, and apart from the title, the Xbox icon and minimal cosmetic changes, this is nothing more than a renamed carbon copy of my work. You're downright breaking GPL rules and I will notify FSF about this infringement. Anyone would be astonished with the similarities if I post a screenshot of my own project here.

@mycelo:
Sorry for that, it was not my intention! I didn't think about this! I wanted a better GUI and a simply to use app only!

I see two possibilities:

1. I write your name in the about dialog and the code
2. I stop the project and delete it

What do you want?
