i'm buying a ps3 from ebay
it's a 60 gb first gen ps3.
I asked the seller
has this ps3 been repaired before and is the warranty seal intact?
he says that it haven't been repaired and that warranty seal is intact
so i got the ps3 for 235.00
he has pictures of the seals and the warranty one looks fine, but i notest something, the Serial seal is split in the middle. Could this be proof that this ps3 has been opened ?

Hey buddy and great decision on the ps3. If the split in the seal isnt a trick of the light in the picture then it means that someone definately ATTEMPTED to open it. But considering how easy ps3's are to open they probably opened it to look around, and Perhaps clean dust out. So i would say that was opened and call BS on the seller.
