Hi, I tried to remove and replace the small chip in the right top corner on my new BenQ with the original chip. It wouldn't budge. I think I ruined the board in the process, tray won't open at all now, or make a sound.

What I did: Used a heat gun to remove the epoxy, then I used chip quik soldering kit to remove the chip. I couldn't get the chip to move. My original board is fried.

Anyone know of any ideas? I am looking for a new BenQ board in the mean time.
