Making Xbmc Clear Cache Automatically When Xbox Restarts? Options

I have read a couple about a couple of different options you can use to quickly clear the cache in xbmc. The problem is that all the links to the needed files are dead or the info is very old. I'm looking for the easiest way to clear the cache. One of the methods I found is linked below but the links to the files are dead and I can't seem to contact the posters. Something like this idea would work great.
