I made working backups of Rage and Dark Souls. Both work great with LT+ 2.0. I noticed even after "installing" the games to the HDD, they seem to play from the DVD drive. Any one else notice this? Is this a known issue that I just haven't read about?

after you hit play you should hear the disc spin up to authenticate it then it should stop spinning and load from the HD

Yes, I know but the DVD drive continues to access. I even went as far as launching the game from within game details. No joy.

It should stop spinning after 5 minutes or so. It happens with retail XGD3 games too - not just backups. Rumours that it is phat but not slim (unconfirmed).

Not sure if it is a new security "feature" and deliberate or a bug that will be patched in a subsequent dash.

Does this mean it won't work on JTAGed 360s if you convert to GOD and upload them that way?
