So I have a matrix chip installed on my 1.0 mobo, it has cromwell bios I guess (says Linux under Xbox @ splash screen), even though I KNOW for a fact I flashed the bios to "evox 2.5" with the programmer, well it said it flashed successfully anyways.... programmer must be broken.

Well now I'd like to know how I can flash the bios via dvd-rom, I just tried XDSL but after I insert the disc with the bios and press A nothing happens... a little help here? I haven't dealt much with Linux so I'm a little lost.

I apologize for not putting this in the matrix forum, but I'd rather not wait a year or 2 for an answer if you know what I mean tongue.gif
