I was curious if anyone could create a patch for the default.xex for TELUS OPTIK TV (IPTV) so that it does not require Xbox Live to install.

I would like to install on JTAGGED (RGH) Xbox360 with Freeboot 14699 or 13604 but Xbox Live is required to install.
I have tried everything I can think of to extract files from HDD after installation.
I have also installed....dumped nand.......and used nand dump to create freeboot image as I thought the injected files would be dumped along with the nand........But still doesn't showup on dash.
or
If anyone has another alternative options.

Thanks in Advance

I have included the link of the files that come on the install disk.

Just build Freeboot with the extended.bin extracted from your orig nand dump.
