I have done 3 RGH on 3 different consoles Zephyr (pain), Falcon (easy) and another BB 512 Jasper (took a few flashes to glitch xell).

A few days ago all I was trying to do was backup my nand by directly soldering the wires to the board, I wasnt planning on glitching this board and has never been glitched but the dvd drive was modded.
I have 4 are matching nand reads but I'm getting 3 red rings after waiting 20-30sec for the console to boot with or without the dvd-rom.
I have removed and readded all the wires but still rrod, I wired all the wires to the back of the console.

I have flashed and reflashed my original dump with no luck.
I have downloaded a clean nand and currently flashing it back to this console, also tried to reflow the gpu with no luck, this console has never given me any issues and never ran without the fans on.

Once I'm done flashing a clean nand should I try booting or dumping the 1st 64mb back to my nand?
Should I extra and inject my kv from my original dump into the clean nand?

Or is there something else I should check or do in a different way?
using a nandx to read and dump over usb.

I just hook up a chip and looks like it tries to glitch but no luck.
Wrote xell using the jtag flash tool, no luck even writing back the original nand, still 3 rrod 0022.

The xbox has the original x-clamp not sure what it's called and I can't see any broken traces where the lpt wires where hooked up.

Just don't get how I got this from just reading the nand.
Unless I tighten one of the small black screws that goes to the original x-clamps to tightly.

you might need to do a reflow. it could be coincidentally suffering from 3rrod now.

Could have some solder splash or something somewhere.

look at the components around the area you are soldering to and see if you see any splash or got any solder on anything.
