Update To 3.55 With Minimus Avr? Options

Is it even possible? I haven't touched the PS3 since 3.41 and using the Mimimus USB chip. From searching, I've been able to gather that there is actually true CFW available for 3.55 (with maybe a possibility of spoofing 3.56, for the games that require it). The problem is, I've been unable to find any guide/tutorial I trust... and none that mention using the Minimus.

Could someone help? I've also read that kmeaw 3.55 is the best CFW out there, but in that thread it said to upgrade to the 3.55 OFW first. If I do that, is it going to flag/ban our PS3, since there are already homebrew apps on it from 3.41 and the Minimus?

if you havent figured it out,

google kmeaw 3.55, then multiman, then bd emu 1 and 2(2 lets u play split files of hermes payload)

update to 3.55 official FW, then update with Kmeaw cfw 3.55 or you could go the rebug way that spoofs you up to 3.7 i think or 6 not sure im still on kmeaw.
