Killed Jasper Jtag.., ..cant revive Options

ive had my jasper bb jtagged since winter '09..did it myself used the original wiring, no audclamp. everything was peachy until i tried using bestpig to update to the newest dash..fired up flash360, made a nand dump to use in bestpig..bestpig made the new updflash..updated with flash360..then..center light no sound/video and no more xellous.
ive messed with it all night last night and i can reflash xellous by injecting xellous with

nandpro xell.bin: +W16 xell-1f.bin 40

then writing to nand with

nandpro lpt: -w16 xell.bin 0

itll boot to xellous with the power button but wont read my keyvault.. ive written my kv to the nand that i pulled from previous xellous dumps..but no go. ive rebuilt my new dashimage with xebuild and used a nanddump that 360 flash tool showed good...and same thing..center light then after 30 seconds it changes. ive flashed as updflash.bin in xellous and using xbrflash in gentoo...and same result.
any help? im out of ideas
