I have an xbox with flashed tsop but after hdd died lost the bios backup and now want to flash back to stock is this possible?

What would possibly be the point of flashing back to stock? Get a new hdd, and an autoinstaller disk and your ready to rock.

i have an xecuter 2.6ce and i just want to reflash tsop back to stock but so far every time i boot the soft mod i get flash not writable
basicly just to try it if i stuff up i still have chip

You seem very confused. If your TSOP is flashed then a softmod won't work, so either your TSOP isn't flashed, or you aren't booting a softmod.

Once you can clear that up we may be able to help you achieve what you want.......
