Okazu Mods Not Responding To Emails... Options

Hello everyone, back in November I shipped Okazu mods my xbox for an internal water-cooling project....they responded back to my emails quickly up until mid to late december, I have sent a few emails since last contact and they have not responded, and I have already paid 2/3 of my payment and cannot dispute on paypal due to it being a gift. However, they did provide me with photos of my xbox and progress pictures up to a radiator installation 3 weeks ago. How is everyone else's experience with them?

I don't mean to stir anything up and maybe they are just very very busy! I just want to make sure Im not going to get screwed. lesson has been learned.
