Got to work on my first 360 Slim a couple of weeks ago
It was really cool to tinker around with that one. All I usually get are the various types of Phats. However, I've never needed to work on a Jasper yet - for repair Quite a thing to open a Slim. Takes a little longer than a Phat, but navigated just fine. This Slim would neither eject tray nor read discs. Lite On drive ... DG-16D4S So I treated the drive belt and put in a replacement optic. It original was flat dead. Style was a HOP 15X - G2R2 Things work great now |

My 2 xenons are working great! Went the extra mile to fix my falcon box w/ multiple issues. Good price, great communication, and most importantly, great results!

A second console for xbladr ... gpu reball work and some extras And a console for kazper ... had a really bad fan mod - giving it a 0001 error code. Corrected that. And had to correct a really bad Flash scenario on the dvd drive ... that issue was giving the console an Unrecognized Disc error |

He helps countless people all over. Thanks for all your hard work on all those demonic falcon mobos. Your knowledge is helpful and needed. Just got my unit back from Will, and he did some extraordinary work on it.
The great thing about Will is that he can do things many others will not. If you're looking for someone that can do hardware work outside of just a simple Reball/Reflow/Xclamp, Will can most likely do it. Broken ports, caps, IC's, etc, he seems MORE than capable of handling it. I'm definitely sending more units his way should I ever need work done on a unit again. Thanks, -NHN! |

Thanks
Need Help & Tdezel ... I appreciate the great comments. Those two are great guys. And patient. This is pesky work sometimes and can give you an enormous headache, but I strive to do top notch work for everyone. I am constantly learning and improving methods. But I think I have some pretty decent skills to offer ... and the right tools are critical. Alot of thanks go out to all those who have built my knowledge base. |

Just wanted to let anyone know that would be worried if their consoles can't be fixed... don't be! I sent two to him that were in REALLY bad shape from previous repair attempts. Although he couldn't get them fixed, he kept me informed EVERY step of the way, sent pictures of all the attempted repairs, didn't charge me a dime for the work he performed (I will pay for his time the best I can anyway), and most importantly kept communicating everything he found and asked how I wanted to proceed. VERY professional and trustworthy guy! I hope I never see a RRod again, but if I do, I will not look elsewhere for someone to repair it.

Working on an interesting repair project for KnucklesX2 Replaced a damaged Sata connector on motherboard .... waiting for his dvd drive, in order to replace some SMD resistors. The 0 ohm ones. Then potentially a read and a spoof |
