Hi,

in the games menu of FSD, 5 versions of every app on the HDD shows up, like:

Avatar Editor, Biometric Setup, Dash Attraction Screen and many more.

I don't know where these apps are and why they are showing up. How can I make it just show the games so I don't have to scroll past all the unwanted stuff???

Hi, my game path is the external HDD

USB:\Games

with 2 scan depth.

But no matter the folder I choose, the path displayed is always the root of the drive ie just \. Also, I can only choose 1 path, trying to add another just replaces the first one. I have cleared all the paths so nothing shows up in the FSD games list then rescanned. The 100 or so unwanted files still show up in the games list.

Also I did a search in windows for those files on the but none of the unwanted files that show up in the FSD games list are found on the external HDD.

completely delete FSD and start over with the latest release, try out the FSD Installer !!! biggrin.gif

I'm not a fan of the installer, It seems to me it was just thrown together. It doesn't scale correctly using VGA/Component output. I get about 1/4 of the screen. I'll just do it manually anyway. It's easier and there are newer versions of dash launch.

Just go into settings and select "clear data", reboot and that should clear out the duplicates/ erroneous files.
