The Hdd Seems Working Again. Options

So im gonna give this one chance before my eeprom reader arrives from ebay

Now here is my prediciment.

I read that if you change ide cabals that might fix error 7 . SO I DID. NO MORE ERROR 07 yay

Now my xbox starts the drive is clearly making noise and spinning then and goes to errror 6. I have read on this fine site that this means cannot unlock the drive. and wrong eeprom BUT its the same drive.

Does this mean i am totally screwed, but to my way of thinking this means is is locked?? when i did the hot swap did i do it right and now i just have to attach to my PC?
OR HAVE I BROKE SOMETHING INSIDE THE DAMN MACHINE NOW.

I cannot access anything tho. and i have tried runnign a couple of retail discs to no avail

OK im sorry i just though seeing as it was a different problem, there might be a fix to it.

I am only going by what has been said on this forum before, because i have been trying to find the answers myself because no one has replyed to my other thread.

I was told a couple of things and when i asked more in depth nobody replied.
