Hi all.

At the moment I'm using 3.5" hdds in an external docking station.

I'm in the process of building a machine to act as a HTPC server and NAS, but was considering putting the xbox drives in there too and running the games through the network share....as I believe this feature is new for the latest FSD versions. This would save space, and allow me to add them to a raid pool for recovery should a drive fail

I'm just wondering though.....do these games only run through the FSD file manager? Or can they be displayed with covers etc, just like when browsing internal/external games?

Hopefully the latter,

Thanks

they show up under the games menu if setup correctly the only draw back I've found is load times are two to the times lodger on average. but like you I like having the games on nas one its has some redundancies and two I don't have to have a hard drive with each Xbox I have. I've heard some people complain about games not playing but mine have played everything I've thrown at it even ones people said they wouldn't work correct.
