Okay,
I wonder what the easiest way to flash you xbox is, is it perhaps the lizard360 that has everything in itself or any of those 360 extractors from maximus or team xcuter? What exactly do i need and can i flash the dvd without opening the xbox 360? Please link to the stuff I need.

You cannot flash your drive without opening your xbox 360 console. Do you know what type of drive you have? Is it a phat or slim console?

Well you most likely have a LiteOn drive which you need to use a CK3 probe to retrieve the key from. The cheapest way would be to buy just the probe and use your xbox 360 to power the drive, while having a sata cable hooked to the drive from your pc. Note that not all sata chipsets are compatible, and if this is the case you will then need a CK3i. At this point you're looking at around a $60 investment and may be better off having somebody flash it for you. Links below...
