Hi there!

Recently I successfuly rghed my falcon with matrix v2 and everything was going great!

But today I decided to install a fan at 7v! Soldered it to 12v and 5v points. The box glitched and got stucked in the xbox logo... After that it does not glitch anymore. Tried a couple of different capacitors and resitors linking the F point (CPU_PLL_BYPASS) to GND but nothing happens... Also checked my wiring with a multimeter and the current is passing as it should be...

Did I kill my mobo? Or damaged my nand? Maybe damaged the chip? Anyways... Any clue of what I can do to ressucitate my console?
