When I was attempting to remove one of the x-clamps off the back of my Xbox 360, I accidentally hit off the C6U1. I've done some reading and a few people have said that it is a capacitor and not to worry about it, but I would like to know for sure, because I'm about to solder it back on (and is it possible to solder back on, will it work?).

Thank you in advance.

It's a filter Cap and would be alright with it missing. If you can solder it back on it would be better, but most times when they're removed like that at least one end of it becomes damaged.

Thanks for answering...
