New Dash Update 14719 Options

Someone started a thread which closed after a link to a thread about 14717 which was pretty useless.

There is another update, to dash 14719 and it's bigger than the 14717 one.

"This is in addition to the update released last week that fixed the colour problems caused by last December's dashboard redesign.

Today's update takes your dashboard to version 2.0.14719.0, eagle-eyed gamers on NeoGAF have spotted. According to Xbox social marketing manager Graeme "Aceybongos" Boyd, you won't notice any changes.

"Nothing visible, just behind the scenes stuff to keep Xbox Live the best experience possible," he tweeted.

Last week's dashboard update gave the Xbox Live Indie Games channel added prominence - in the US only. UK gamers are still waiting for this Marketplace change."

Sounds ominous.

*I just got the 14719 update on my LIVE console 6:30 pm East coast USA.
Found no visible changes,as mentioned.didn't notice anything added/changed in the dash

I smell a Rat!!!!

An update came like this just over 2 yrs ago that M$ said was behind the scenes stuff then bang 1 million consoles got banned. Probably best to keep your flashed consoles away from this update until we get to hear more detail from C4eva once he's analysed live logs etc...

Wow... pisses me off. I had to just buy a new Xbox cause I don't have the means of opening my hacked Xbox. Sucks but oh well. Will stay offline. Didn't apply the small patch either I learned the hard way. All updates are bad. Only update when I flash back to stock firmware.
