Hey guys i just reflowed my GPU, (hot air reworking station). I followed the correct profile for the reflow. I put everything back together and now im not getting any power. When i plug in the PSU the light flashes green then goes red. What do you guys think? ANA/HANA? MOSFET?

Any way to narrow that down?

I went ahead and reflowed the ANA chip? same issue, as soon as its plugged in the PSU goes red.

Is it possible a fuse was blown while you were doing the reflow? A friend of mine had this happen. It was a sad day. Also, have you tried another reflow of the GPU again? You may want to check the RF board as well.
