Skyrim Menu Freeze Rgh Options

Hey guys,

I've been looking around a lot for an answer to this one.

Here's the thing. I have Skyrim saved to an external HDD but this (for some reason) makes it so that opening the menu (even favourites!) freeze. It happens about 70% of the time. To fix the problem I've found that I have to press the "Xbox Guide" button, and then return to game, which fixes it everytime... Or wait until the game realises it's being a prick and fixes on it's own... but that of course takes about 30 seconds, so hitting the xbox guide buttons seems like the way to go.

Am I doomed to wait for a TU that will address this issue?

Or is there a special patch for the xex for us RGH users that I am missing?

P.S please don't state the obvious "play it off the disc" fix. I hate using my game discs more than needs done - copying the game onto my hdd is the most use they get.
