I downloaded Xlink Kia from there site & the file saves with a file extension of .msi I right click the file then click install. After installation I click on the start Xlink Kia & get a error window saying something like "failed to connect xlink servers please try again"

Any ideas how to get it working?
I'm running windows 7 if that makes a difference.
