I not know which was previous dash version and ixtreme firmware version,
error 3151 - 335a - b800 - 0403 - c000 - 0058
comed updating with fifa11

Now i flashed dvd with orig-74850C-1a000, copied dash 13146 on pendrive, but always same error.

How solve?

I dumped nand now, here is resuld

you must flash the original FW to the drive, then continue the failed update

the xbox will not start a new update from USB if there is a failed update.

you will need your original FIFA 11 disc to continue the update process.
