Xbox-Scene is not responsible for any transactions, or any actions of it's members in this forum whatsoever!

Anyone choosing to conduct any sort of transaction with another member on XS does so at their own risk and expense.

As individuals, you need to take responsibility for your own actions, and you need to take responsibility for the fact you are dealing with strangers on the internet. Xbox-Scene is not a professional Sales service.. and is provided free and without any kind of warranty. We also will not ban people because you claim they ripped you off. Do NOT send the the "evidence" as we simply do not have the time, manpower, or will to follow through on your complaints. We have no intention of mediating any more disputes.

If you are ripped off, the only thing you are allowed to do on XS is to report it in the thread of the seller/buyer/trader ONCE. Alternatively you can make a note in your signature stating your grievance with the user. What you cannot do is spam other XS forums with your complaints. Do not make threads complaining about transaction that have gone bad. Do NOT contact staff complaining that a user has ripped you off. Do NOT make new threads in this or any other XS forum complaining about the "user" that ripped you off.

Xbox-Scene Does not recommend or endorse the use of the XS BST forums unless you are willing to take responsibility for your own actions, and you assume all risk. We do however recommend that people who wish to assume that risk should research the people they are dealing with, and alternatively search out and use professional Sales forums.(many of which offer the services and customer protection you keep asking us for here on XS but will NOT get here!)

People who continue to ignore the clearly posted rules and post complaints all over the place despite moderators and staff closing and moving them.. expect two things to happen.. the person complaining (and not necessarily the accused) will have their account closed, and that BST will get closed altogether. XS has already dedicated too much time and human resources to maintaining this area of the site. If it continues to be a problem we will close it.

Also.. do not ASK for any expansion of the BST type forums as we have no intention of adding forums to this area, or to expand the services provided.

Feel free to LIST your XBOX or XBOX item for Buy, Sell or Trade. others can feel free to offer any number of legal items (under the XS rules of course) or cash in trade. What people cannot do, is start new thread, and offer NON xbox items. Period. No new threads with people offering non-XBOX stuff.

UPDATE: Getestore and Similar “store” / commissioned pre-made store type concepts – No Commission Based Sales. Period. This is pretty much a BST and BST360 specific rule. Any products offered for sale should be in direct possession by the seller. From now on, and new post in any of the BST sales type forums on XS, must list the products and merchandise in their entirety in the post on XS, or don’t bother posting at all on our site. To be perfectly blunt, XS is not here for you to make money. XS sponsors are the only exception to this rule. The items listed in any sales thread or post on XS, must actually be in the possession of the person(s) listing it for sale or trade. Selling items for a 3rd party business via a commission based "Ready Made Internet Store" does not constitute owning the stock, and will result in a closure of the thread, and possibly the account. We want members to be directly accountable for any actions/tractions they conduct on our site.

UPDATE JAN 2007: Do not start threads asking "what can I get for 5$, 10$ etc" as staff will close them and make a ban req on your account. when making a new post, either Offer to sell a product, or trade a product. If you want to buy something.. go into an existing thread and make an offer on a product or service. DO NOT MAKE NEW THREADS ASKING WHAT YOU CAN GET FOR $5 bucks etc.

Do Not Ask, or Offer to buy, Sell or Trade GameFly Subscriptions. People wanting a subscription can get their own.
UPDATE: XS will not DELETE threads on demand. Even in light of the Raids on US shops. You can request it be removed/made invisible, however, we will keep it open for 30 days if you do so, allowing those you have serviced can comment, communicate, and / or complain or raise issues. We can make some requested edits though of info you posted, however, we will keep it on file. Note, deleting or removing your thread at this point is too little, too late. the authorities have that info already, and worse, every search engine and spider crawler on the net has it archived.

I may be in the market for some xboxes. also I have a MW3 console with dashboard 14719 and couldnt glitch it at all with the CR3LITE. nand had a bad block but around the end and not first 50 blocks. I tried all settings and wires(lenth and type) and kinda never got it to work. system still works fine. wondering if I can send it in? maybe a different chip would work. dude at vgcrepairs recommended squirt for coronas. I also jtagged and rgh many(many) consoles before. I am good with this but clearly this corona isn't doing it for me. send me a pm with shipping info and what you want for it. remember I am sending the cr3lite chip too.

I have Glossy, Matte, and GOW3 complete bundles in stock, and the Glossy and Matte bundles can be broken down into console only, console with brick, etc. I don't do Coronas at all as I feel they are a waste of time (like RGH2 phats), and the CR3Lite is more than double what I pay for the Rev C. Like you, I messed with a few of them, and I couldn't get them to perform like the Trinities. So I'm not working on them or selling them until there is improvement on performance. I think Turfster has had success with his Coronas, you might want to see if he can do your MW3 Bill

Console was neatly and safely packaged and had a CD with all the backup files and necessary programs for both the xbox and pc. Console boots in under 10 seconds every time and been having a blast playing Halo 4 on it from a external HDD.

I got 2 Matte, 4 Glossy. and 3 GOW3 bundles in stock right now. For extra, I have 250GB, 320GB, and 1TB hdds set up with freestyle dash, xexmenu, and dashlaunch installed and ready to go on first boot up. The demon can be installed if requested, but I need 3 days to order and install it, I don't have any in stock. A brief reminder, all of my consoles are near new to lightly used, and meticulously clean inside. They are not refurbished, or ebay rejected garbage. None of them are banned from XBL, in case a dual nand addition is desired in the future. Most have normal wear and tear on the cases, especially the glossies, but perform flawlessly. I put a REV C Coolrunner chip on it, and it boots first cycle every time on 16197 glitched dash. I forgot I had it, but it is working good with flashed Liteon drive. If anyone wants it, I'll take $90 shipped. Be aware that it's a Falcon and prone to RROD which can occur at any time. Still have Trinity RGHs in stock, two more sold today $175 shipped console only $200 shipped with brick and cords, OR controller $225 shipped bundle All HDDs set up with Freestyle Dash, Xexmenu, Dashlaunch: 250GB hdd is $45 extra 320GB hdd is $65 extra 1TB hdd is $130 extra DVD drive flashed on request (kamikaze mod) I have a GOW3 bundle (console, 2 GOW3 controllers, brick, cords, 1TB hdd, GOW3 game, headset, and original box) for $450 shipped. $35 of that is for USPS shipping because of the oversized box, but it can be cheaper if you want 5 day ground UPS shipping. I can install the Demon chip on any console, but need at least 3 days lead time. If you want one faster, I believe turfster has some in stock, as well as Coronas if you want one of those.

Will work with you on pricing. Also, if anyone want me to do their Slim (TRINITY ONLY), RGH service is $55 plus $15 return shipping. DVD drive can be flashed on request for no extra charge, even kamikaze. If you just need your slim drive flashed (no RGH), that is $30 plus $6 shipping. Slims with unlocked drives are $15 No paypal invoice for rgh/dvd flash services, only paypal gift is accepted. He was very patient and answered all of my questions before I purchased. He shipped it out the next day and I received it in immaculate shape two days later. It powers on very, very quickly and works great right out of the box. As someone who likes to do his own work as a hobby it's not easy to earn my praise but this is outstanding work.

Very clean, good packaging, excellent price ($200 incl/S&H), arrived in two days, a generous CD containing NAND dumps, keys and base apps/tools, newest dash (16197) & FSD, RGH booting is stable, generally instant -> 20 seconds. System has been running solid for the past two days about six hours each. Great work, well done, major kudos, socalbill can expect more purchases from myself and my friends. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks a bunch
