I have searched for two days to solve this problem
my jasper 256 boot slowly and never boot sometimes,I replaced the 270 cap and make thick wires in gnd and vcc without any chance
I am using matrix v1 programed by xilinx,It works fine with falcons
any help guys?

Xbox Version: v1.6
360 version: v4.0 (jasper)



Try a 68nf cap on the CPU_RST. Also routing and length of CPU_RST can affect that.
