Xbox 1.6 With Hdd Relais Switch Problems Only Over Eject? Options

Hey guys,
i've got the following problem:
i have 2 HDD (Hitachi 500GB) in my XBOX. I can switch between them over a irmod that is put together with a relais switch for the hdd's.
When i turn my box over Power on the right hdd starts without any problem, ftp via xbmc works fine.
But when i start over eject the box would start only when the Crossover Cabel was not plugged in and the ftp settings are put off. When i connect the box with the Crossover cable ftp works fine, but only for a while. After a while the XBOX hungs up.
Another problem is that the Filezilla Server.xml often was empty (0bytes) my original file has just over 11kb.
Sometimes the box starts without problem but when a internet connection is on it, the box hungs too.
Does anyone has the same problems?

My XBOX is a 1.6 European Version, SmartXX V3 Modchip and some other enhacements.
