The procedure was inspired by LINK REMOVED Thanks to the work from chino7564.
My mobo was built-in with nforce 4 chip. Only dosflash can identify my 0225 dvd drive, but failed to get dvd key.
I follow his guides and tweaked as following:

http://www.ixtreme.net/ixtreme-lt-lite-tou...ash-v2-0-a.htmlSteps
A. Plug the USB end of the converter to a usb port on the back of the xbox. Not sure whether PC back will also work, it work for me to use the usb port of xbox 360.
B. Plug the SATA cable into the back of the slim DVD drive and the other end to the SATA port on the adapter.
C. Power the slim DVD with your xbox 360 and Turn on.
D. Open disk tray and have it stay open. DO NOT CLOSE IT. I tried and it failed to get key if the tray was closed.
E. Remove the SATA cable from the USB adapter.
F. Power on your PC and boot into dos.
F. Plug the cable into a mobo SATA port on your pc.
G. run dosflash in dosflash16 folder.
H. Slim DVD will be identified and set to vendor mode. A list of drive was listed.
I. Select the number of the slim dvd. type Liteon K then V3 to read the dvd key.
Done!!!
Amazing, not cut trace and get the key from slim 0225.
Have the key stored in a secured place and you can drill it to unlock and flash.
