Hey people. I seem to have a slight predicament here. I have an old xenon console that is j-tagged and felt like updating it. I am using the lpt method with a homemade lpt cable. It was able to detect and read the first few times but after a while it stopped reading and came up with "flash controller not detected."

I have checked my solder points and they all seem to check out. I have also tried other lpt ports but that dosent work either. There were two other computers I tried and that come out with the same result.... If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.... Also I dont have a diode on pin 11 if that matters...
