Finding the best rework machine is hard. I am in the process of comparing each tech for several machines and pointing out the pros and cons of each.

Left is Quartz, middle is IR, and right is Hot Air

I will post videos and documents online and in this thread to help those looking to start repairing xbox 360, ps3 or laptops
