My son just got a perma ban , not quite sure what 4 but he must have been up to something , im pretty sure he was going into infected lobbies on cod , anyway hes only got himself to blame. But he has a lot of dlc , some of which was purchased on the console he has now but most was purchased on the gamertag that just got perma banned but on an old console that rrod.Is there any way of transferring the license so that its registered to his new console ? Obviously he cant do this through the usual method as he cant access live, unless theres a way to set the transfer off on xbox .com and a way for him to access live on dash for it to transfer.

I'm afraid not. The only option you would have is to reset glitch hack the console and then you can use the content you had from the other gamertag as long as it is still on your hard drive. You could dual boot and still have live on 1 side and then RGH on the other with all your content and games with homebrew stuff.
