Hi, I was just wondering if anyone can tell me whether the new CG2 controller (The one without the capacitor on the front) can be modded with rapid fire. I'm using a PIC 12F683 and I've done R/F on a CG1 board so is the wiring the same as the CG1 or is there a different way? If someone could sent me a pic with the correct wiring I'd really appreciate it smile.gif

Thanks

The optocoupler turns the chip off.. otherwise it would stay powered on even when the controller is off. unless you remove the battery of course..

we were all there once...

Thanks goes to RDC..

here is the write up on the optocoupler..
