hi i have been trying to up date to the latest firmware and having problems
conected drive up to pc no problem drive is a slim light-on DG 16D4S 9504 problem is keep getting slim key failed or slim unlock comand returned error. this has had a replacment pcb cant see any switches on the board but was origonaly done by g2 fitter but they are no longer there wondering if any one can help
