Hi, I'm looking to buy a new 360 slim but I want to know if there are any models out currently that cannot be modded/flashed in any way.

the current slim drives (1175) can't be flashed yet. c4e has apparently made progress though and will be releasing a hack eventually.

here is a link to c4e's site where all of the irc logs get published (and a table of drive hackability status is maintained)

You want to find a slim made before August 2011.

Before then you should be able to mod the drive and RGH the mobo.
