So i broke my other xbox while trying to replace the thermal paste sleep.gif SO i got a new one. I tried to softmod it using the hotswap method with xboxhdm and ndure using the same disc i used or my other box and now that i did it a black screen comes up. I reinstalled the softmod on xboxhdm 2 times and the problem persists. How can i fix it? It can still play games when i start it with them already inside, but I also can't get HeXen to work. I tried restoring the c backup that it apparanetly automaticallly "made" but text comes up with what looks like to be "nonononononononononononoonnono" over and over again
