BestPig released a new version of freeBOOT ToolBox - a tool that allows to create and customize a JTAG/RGH image.

What has changed:
- Build 14719 now for the kernel
- Update build.py
- Added support for 2 Glitch

Nothing too serious, but the latest release begin to be old.
