Based on the date of manufacture, if it is a LiteOn drive then it will be flashable (there is a slim chance that it is a Hitachi drive which is not flashable. Google for a picture of the difference in the trays of the 2 drives).

You might want to go to Jungleflasher.net and read up on the tutorial on flashing slims before you buy one. Flashing a slim is a whole new can of worms. If you're willing to either take the risk of drilling the chip or pay the extra money for a replacement PCB then go for it.
Just making sure you know what you're getting into. The slims are not a piece of cake to flash like the old phat 360's.

Lot 1145 is definitely not flashable. You need lot 1134 or lower. Why not make your life simple and buy a premodded one from a reputable seller in the BST forum here?
