Still waiting on wiring myself.. came across these..

But still trivial as to what wires from the monitor go there..

A source for the monitor would be very nice also...

What's up, bro!
Hey, I was researching this stuff and I stumbled across this post, which tells the images on X-S are kind of wrong.

http://nfggames.com/forum2/index.php?topic=3661.0

Take a look at the second post.

Cheers mate!

Yeah nice.. But thats for S video.. Good to be corrected.. but i doubt ill use it..

pretty sure Ozzy used standard RCA video. i saw the yellow breakaway cable in there..

couple of things confuse me.

1. the switch.. is that used to switch between the built in monitor and the on board video connections?

2. no idea what hes connecting the audio to. is he connecting to the coaxial spot (not really sure what coaxial is. normally it describes a type of wire.) it would be great to be able to connect to the optical for surround sound headphones...

I always used this to get pin outs:

http://dwl.xbox-scene.com/tutorial/Xbox_360-HandC-V1_4.pdf

So the switch is to trick the Xbox into thinking it has a A/V plug inserted and triggers standard video.
Audio is connected to a audio headphone jack, when I installed a screen on the side of a halo Xbox I tied the grounds together and then left and right.

The A/V pins on a slim are the same as for fat model

Pins for audio:
Ground 13 + 14
Right 15
Left 16

LCD uses standard audio, once the connector is cut you will have a ground and positive wire

Pins for video:
22 + 24 SPST switch between points
Positive 7
Ground 5

Use a screen made for car they mostly all use 12v.

Spot on info, i've done this myself, albeit with a couple of changes.

Caught a typo when I re read my last post. LCD uses standard video, not audio.

Depends on who is shopping when you put it up for sale, also I guess the country you sale it in may play a factor.

I suppose.. But.. You beat around the bush..

I live in USA.. A slim costs roughly 199.00 USD. What would you mark it up to?

I wonder what Ozzie sold his for hes in Australia right mate?

Just curious what it would value.. I remember seeing the guy from llamma on here showing off his Green Sprocket slim build and getting around 600.00 USD for it...
