So I've been an owner of a chipped Xbox for a couple of days now. Changed hard drive and started using Qwix to FTP the games to the drive. Everything works perfect except for video sequences in games. They are stuttering or are out of sync which becomes really annoying in games like Fatal Frame 2 where the subtitles are WAY out of sync with the Audio.

Is this a common problem? Is the Xbox reading the game to slow from the HDD? What can I do to fix it?

Clear the cache (E:\cache\) and the X, Y and Z partitions.
