With a Vantec SF8025L Stealth 80mm and the difference is night and day. Amazing!!!!

Good excuse to buy a Dremel as well. Had to cut out quite a bit of the HDD holder/shroud thing.

Cool! Projects like this one are a lot of fun. Does your fan have LEDs?

I replaced my xbox's fan with a blue led antec 80 mm. I was expecting a little better performance, because the new one is noisy and isn't pushing a lot of air. Needless to say, the blue LEDs look amazing.



OP please post some pics. I am interested in seeing your work.

That's the same issue I had. I replaced my Xbox fan with an 80mm LED fan and the damn Xbox kept overheating. I had to take it out.
